Present Project

  • Construction of building which will be intending to include accommodation for a ‘Day house’ for the benefit of helpless old age people, a counseling centre for the patients and a pain Palliative clinic. A Phased programme is under consideration as per the financial assistance available from individuals and organizations who donate for charitable purposes. A rough estimate of Rs: 25 Lakhs is expected for the proposed building.
  • Home care service to the bed-ridden patients due to advanced cancer, kidney troubles, paralysis, heart disease and diseases due to old age.
  • Rehabilitation of people with disabilities by giving training  in self employment.
  • Treatment support mainly for the cancer patients and kidney  patients.
  • Distribution of water beds, airbeds, wheel chairs, walkers, walking sticks etc to the patients who are badly in need of.
  • Pain and Palliative clinic
  • Medical Camps
  • Early cancer detection camps.
  • Awareness classes against tobacco, drugs and alcohol.
  • Distribution of free medicine to the poor patients.
  • Minimum financial assistance to construct small houses to the poor people with disabilities and to widows.
  • Distribution of food materials for the patients who belong to poor families.
  • Conduction of Palliative care volunteer training camps.
  • Collaborating with governmental agencies, Different types of humanitarian services, and financial assistance are made available to the people who are destitute.
  • Free ambulance Services to the patients who are deserving.

Two cancer detection camps were conducted on 10th may 2014 and one in the month of August 2015. 280 women were examined in the camps. Cancer awareness classes were also conducted with the help of Dr. Latheesh....
